On my way to the park near my home, I captured a video about a cat chasing a rat.
That was really funny since the cat was basically watching and chasing the rat.
The cat had no intention to kill the rat, just played with it.
Poor rat !

Busy Day
It was again a very busy day, or call it a very productive day.
Working from 7:45am till 9pm, attended 5 meetings, 1 short birthday party, reading hundred of emails and clean up 2 piles of documents and tidied up my desk. I even went to 2 banks to make an inter-bank money transfer during lunch.
Think I am working faster than I expected myself.
Time to slow down ......

Snowing
This is the 2nd day having snowing in the morning.
It is a strange feeling while looking outside the window. It's a windy day and the snow flakes are just falling down slowly ... because they are light.
It is not that cold, 3 degrees and the snow flakes melt right after landed on ground.
The youtube video is not that great, at least can see a bit.
Will go out anyway, need some shopping, running out of food :-P

Cold Easter
Today is the coldest Easter I have so far in London, it's zero degree in the monring.
The weather reports light snow and sleet this morning. When I look outside the window, there is a light snowing and it is really a very cold day.
When I attended te Easter Vigil mass last night, it was a really cold day too.

Maundy Thursday
Today is Maundy Thursday, I left office around 6pm and went to the 2 catholic churches near office.
Just wanted to see what's going on in these 2 churches in this holy week.
All statues were covered by clothes in St. Patrick's Church, but this was not the case in the St Anselm and St Cecilia Church near Holborn and the one near my home.
Finally I went to St. Peter and the Guardian Angels Church.
And the priest did the same washing 6 people's leg in the mass.

Key Hunter
Found this old Japanese TV drama, another favourite programme especially 千葉真一.
He was a very good figther in my memory.
Temperature
The temperature drops again in London, weather is not stable, rains and mostly cloudy.
That's why I am sick too.
Easy to catch cold and cough, takes time to recover. Most Londoners already adapt to this and no surprises.
Heard about the H5N1 in HK again, a bit worry about my family and friends.
Hope everthing is fine with God's blessing.

Gathering
It was a good gathering yesterday.
With Lok and Lorenz, we had a buffet lunch and went to the Albert Hall, Prince Albert Statue and Kensington area.
The weather changed rapidly and started raining, so we had to stay at the gift shop in Kensingtin Palace.
The dinner was a fantastic one since Carmen made a lot of food for total 7 of us.
We should have more gathering like this.

I remembered we sat down at home every saturday night and watched this programme.

Pet Fishes
One of my colleagues in HK asked me where to buy pet fishes as gift; I pointed him to the Goldfish Market (or Pet Fish Market) near the Prince Edward MTR station. This is the centralised area of selling good pet fish, from the cheapest to the most expensive one. Here is the official link. http://cyberfair.fixip.net/shop_market002.htm
There are 3 good shops along the left side of Tung Choi Street (towards Prince Edward station direction) I used to buy fishes and fish tank accessories there.
Below is my fish tank in London today, actually shipped from HK when I came over. They are the gold fishes in my fish tank now.
Personally, I would not recommend giving fishes as gift, being a pet fish fans, I respect fishes as they are live animal like dogs and cats. However they are more vulnerable to death than dogs and cats. Reason is that fish may easily die in 1 or 2 weeks later because lacking of appropriate environs (e.g. water and food). And having the right environs costs a lot of money and time … :-)
If they died, it distorts the purpose as a gift anyway.
